We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Business Manager to join our thriving firm.
This key role will oversee the financial and accounting operations within our organization, ensuring that all financial aspects run efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for financial forecasting, budgeting, cost reduction analysis, and the review of operational performance.

Responsibilities:
1.
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to:
accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
2.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.
3.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
4.
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
5.
Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
6.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
7.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
8.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
9.
Additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2.

years of business management experience in the Automotive Industry.
3.
Proven working experience as an Accounting Business Manager.
4.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
5.
Experience with creating financial statements.
6.
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
7.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
8.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
9.
CPA or CMA certification preferred.
10.
Experience with financial forecasting and risk analysis.
11.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a broad knowledge of the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to strategize and implement financial procedures, as well as a deep understanding of financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting.
