Coordinates all procurement specs from Subject Matter Experts (rail, track, systems, roadways, bridges etc.
) and compiles for procurement packages.
Preferably a legal background.
Assist with managing document development and procurement processes for large A&E, professional service, design-build, and design-bid-build contracts.
Leads RFQs/ RFPs packaging.
Prepare procurement documents (RFPs, RFQs, REOIs, etc.
) and related contracts.
Manage pre-bid RFIs both to and from potential proposers and assist with post-bid RFIs.
Assist with proposer meetings, including pre-procurement industry meetings, interviews, and post-award contract negotiations.
Manage procurement schedules and project team meetings, and collaborate with multiple functional groups, including the Engineering Management Team, Right-of-Way, Risk Management, Legal, Environmental, Contracts, and Construction.
Assist and advise on insurance compliance related matters, including drafting and interpreting contract language.
Develop boilerplate documents for procurements and competitively bid contracts.
Strong project coordination skills amongst all functional groups.
