Convention Staff Needed - Now Hiring
Description We are currently seeking convention staff for a large convention which runs from December 7-8 at the Omni Hotel in San Diego.
You must have open availability during these dates.
These are contract positions.
We are looking to hire registration staff as well as entry level technical support.
This is a terrific opportunity to earn additional income.
Candidates must be professional, energetic, friendly, flexible, personable, outgoing, and proactive, with a team-player attitude.
Some positions require computer skills.
Most positions require prolonged periods of standing.
Dress code is business attire such as white collared, long-sleeve, button up dress shirt , black slacks or skirt (no jeans), black socks or stockings, black belt (if applicable), black dress shoes (no tennis shoes), black jacket or blazer.
Parking is paid for.
High School diploma or GED.
Excellent communication skills Strong customer service Able to stand for extended periods of time Two or more years of experience working as a convention supervisor, managing multiple roles and employees Pay:
$23/hourSalary:
$23.
00 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
